Project in brief
This project aims at increasing the efficiency of CO2 conversion into multi-carbon valuable products by engineering electrocatalysts with a novel, cost-effective tandem structure based on hydrophobic surfaces. The success of this proposal leads to up-scaled solar-powered CO2 conversion processes able to meet commercial requirements, allowing for the industrial deployment of systems capable of tackling climate change in accordance with the United Nations’ Sustainable development and European green deal frameworks
